Is is true that women find stubble the sexiest form of face hair?

I was wondering if that's true. Telegraph says it is. that women find men with stubble best for short and long term relationships. Is that true, or you rather have clean shave? Obviously we're talking about average guys here. Anything looks good on David Beckham.Is is true that women find stubble the sexiest form of face hair?
I, personally, don't like stubble. It hurts to kiss men who scrape my face. It looks cute but not practical for kissing.

i think its just a personal preference. i prefer my guy to shave and have a smooth face. otherwise when we kiss my chin turns red and gets all irritated.
