Is it true that most pill-form multivitamins never even dissolve in your digestive tract?

And you end up eliminating them out without even absorbing the vitamins? What are the best multivitamins in terms of absorption? Is it true that most pill-form multivitamins never even dissolve in your digestive tract?
I have heard that. A good way to find out is to put your multivitamin in a glass of water, and put one in a glass of vinegar. See if they dissolve. If they don't, especially the vinegar one, you are wasting your money. By the way, only vitamin A,D, E, and K are fat soluble, which means your body stores them up. All the other vitamins are water soluble, if your body has enough of a certain vitamin (for example C) and you give it more, it will just eliminate it. The other 4 fat soluble vitamins are being stored and you can actually get sick if you have too much of a certain vitamin in your body.Is it true that most pill-form multivitamins never even dissolve in your digestive tract?
use formula 2 vitamins and a product called cell activator together. this gives the maximum absorbtion possible so you get all the goodness. go to myhealthabcmall.com and look in the weight management section. good luck
I don't know the answer to that question, but I DO know that to find out if something is even helping your body and being absorbed, put it in pure vinegar. If it doesn't start dissolving within minutes, then it just stays solid in your system until you get rid of it! I think it takes about half an hour in vinegar. Try it!
Well, the cheaper multi vitamins do. The only one that I know is absorbed in only 30 minutes is called Alive! This is a whole food supplement and it is by far the most potent and complete multi-vitamin that I have ever tried.
