Is it true that some rape victims can be prone to extreme forms of senseless violence to people in general?

If so, what acts of extreme violence can they do. I could imagine that kidnapping young men, and other women, including torture, and killing.

I know a victim of rape, and yes, they can act out towards anyone. You got it right with PTSD because that's exactly what it's like. When they feel threatened by the most unrelatable thing (to anyone else but them that is) they somehow fadeout and then will strike out physically at anyone close to them. It is terrible. This person attacked my relatives as well as myself simply for being challenged in a verbal dispute (not physical). The effects of rape seem to last a lifetime.Is it true that some rape victims can be prone to extreme forms of senseless violence to people in general?
