I have a seed flat and half of the seedlings are up and have formed true leaves should i start feeding them.?

I have planted two types of peppers in a half seed flat one variety has germinated and has formed true leaves the other half only one has germinated. what kind of fertilizer should i use. I know that what ever i use it should be 1/4 to 1/2 strength. I used jiffy mix.I have a seed flat and half of the seedlings are up and have formed true leaves should i start feeding them.?
I recommend organic fertilizer.I have a seed flat and half of the seedlings are up and have formed true leaves should i start feeding them.?
NONE. Do not fertilize yet.

Think of it like feeding a steak to a child. You will kill them for sure - the seedlings that is.

Wait until they have about 3 sets of mature leaves and then maybe only a quarter strength.

I also would not feed them until they are planted in the ground.

Fertalizer #'s

first # is for leaf growth

second # is for bloom and fruit production

third # is for root and overall plant health.
Jiffy Mix has enough nutrients already you don't need to worry about fertilizing your peppers until the first blooms appear. Then use a 5-10-10 or equivalent.
